Steve Cummins

Chairman & Founder

Chairman and founder of Transworld as well as the Group's legal counsel, Steve has an international commercial and legal background, being admitted as a lawyer in the UK and Australia. Steve was a director of Kentucky Fried Chicken in Great Britain and Ireland, counsel to R J Reynolds-Nabisco and Pepsi Cola and strategic consultant to Thorn-EMI.

He is also a past Member of Templeton College, Oxford Strategic Leadership Faculty and has lectured internationally on brand, IP development and business growth strategies.

Steve is at the forefront of the majority of Transworld projects to which he brings his many years of international legal, business and corporate know-how, skills and experience. He is principally engaged in providing the group with general legal advice, including matters related to corporate and business structuring, commercial contract negotiation, international licensing and start-ups, brand creation and development and strategies for market penetration and optimal value realization .

Steve has been a leading figure in international licensing and roll out and played a major role in re-shaping the franchise sector in Australia. This included advising government, providing training and education and contributing to the current legislative, regulatory and good practice law and codes affecting the establishment and conduct of franchises within the country.

As Chairman of Transworld and its in-house legal counsel, Steve is responsible for guiding, directing as well as driving Transworld's global expansion and the take up of new projects.

Jamille Cummins

Chief Executive Officer

Jamille is a former finalist in the Australian Young Business Person of the Year Award, and as the CEO of the Transworld Group, he brings a variety of skillsets, knowledge and experience to lead the group in realising its vision and meeting its core objectives.

Prior to the Transworld Group, Jamille spent 10 years in sales & marketing and management in the Australian & UK retail sectors leading the business development of new and existing brands. As one of the founding members, Jamille was initially the director of business & project development of the group's telecommunications service, whereby he led the commercialisation of the group's retail VoIP and wholesale services.

Since then he has been involved in each of the group's projects. This has allowed him to continue to develop his skillsets and knowledge across various industry sectors, and thereby enabling him to engage at a senior executive level in delivering;

In 2014 Jamille was appointed as the new CEO of the Transworld Group including its related subsidiaries. This change reflects the group's renewed outlook associated with its future growth and development.

Currently based in London, United Kingdom; Jamille is suitably based to oversee and lead the group�s global operations - developing and implementing strategies with his executive team to deliver against the group's business plan.

Vic McCluskey

Chief Financial Officer

Vic spent 15 years in senior executive positions with some of the South East Asia's leading enterprises. This included a seven year stint as the Chief Financial Officer of Ranhill, a premier Malaysian listed company with interests as owners, developers, engineers and constructors of assets in the oil and gas, utilities and infrastructure sectors.

With an extensive financial and accounting background, including time with KPMG at partner level both in Australia and Asia, Vic has been at the forefront of enterprise level financial and operating executive management for many years. He brings an impressive combination of expertise and experience in the undertaking of major projects and their funding to the Transworld Group.

Vic is based in our Kuala Lumpur office and is primarily focused on the structuring, negotiation and finalisation of transactions. He also brings new projects into Transworld and secures enterprise and institutional funding for both existing and future projects, building on his extensive experience in this area and the network he has built up over his working life.

In addition, Vic is a key member of the Transworld Group executive, engaging in the strategic direction of Transworld as well as directing and implementing project investor exit strategies through IPO and private sale.

Rick Halkatt

VP, Office of the Chairman

Over the past 10 years, Rick has worked in global private equity and project qualification and analysis with an emphasis on environmental technologies and their commercialisation. An integral part of the Chairmain's Office.

Simon Turner

Senior VP of Transworld Group

International funds manager, having been responsible for managing in excess of US$1bn. Expertise in Investment analysis, capital application and management of Investor returns.

Nagendra Singh

IT & Systems Manager

Nagendra has a Bachelor of Commerce and Masters of Applied Information Technology from Monash University. Responsible identifying, recommending, developing and implementation IT and Systems support.
